The Carmichael Motors Mercedes-Benz Townsville Fashion Festival (CMMBTFF) and the Townsville Bulletin are challenging creative’s to put forward their best ‘newsworthy design,’ made entirely out of recycled newspaper.
Ten finalists will be hand selected by the CMMBTFF Board Members with their designs to hit the catwalk in Flinders Square on Sunday 27 October, as apart of the Townsville City Council Alfresco Fashion on Flinders.
Entrants can win $1,000 cash provided by the Townsville Bulletin, an exclusive feature in the Townsville Eye and the runway show exclusive.
The challenge gives local creative’s the opportunity to participate in the evolving fashion culture in North Queensland and is only open to local residents.
